On behalf of the entire Smitty’s Canada Inc. team, we’re thrilled to invite you to save the date for our 2026 Franchisee Seminar—set against the stunning backdrop of Cancun, Mexico, from February 2–5, 2026, at The Westin Resort & Spa Cancun.  

Smitty’s will invoice you based on the level of sponsorship you selected in the registration portal or your contracted amount. Flights are on your own and can be booked through this link. Name changes are permitted before January with written notice and, depending on when, may be subject to a small fee. Spouses/partners/associates staying in the room will incur an additional $1,500 charge. (Gold tier excluded)

Please be aware, there is no dedicated tradeshow this year. For sponsorship levels Silver and Gold, there will be a designated one-on-one time with franchisees during our seminar on Tuesday and Wednesday.

We will have two designated sessions to present current product innovations, products, or services. Plan for a 15-20 minute discussion or use PowerPoint or POP material that you will display on your laptop. This will be done a few times a day with small groups of franchisees at a roundtable.

A minimum sponsorship of $7,500 is required to attend. If your contract is outside of these thresholds, you will need to pay the difference to be included in the appropriate tier; otherwise, you will be included in the tier below.

Example 1: A Contract at $1000 would require an additional $6,500 to attend and achieve the Bronze level of sponsorship.

Example 2: $8,500. You would be included in the Bronze tier unless you pay an additional $6,500 to participate in the Silver tier.
