Our office is experiencing a very high number of requests due to the COVID-19 travel advisories.
We are working on the requests as quickly as we can. We ask that you remain patient as we work on the requests in a departure date specific order.

May 10, 2021 Update
In compliance with the latest AHS Health Guiltiness, Newwest Travel has closed temporarily our office for the next few weeks.
Our travel consultants are now working from home during our regular business hours, Monday to Friday 10:00am - 4:00pm

October 1st, 2020 Update
Newwest Travel reopened our office on September 8. We are currently working reduced hours, Monday to Friday from 10:00am to 4:00pm. Please check this page for more updates.
Due to the COVID-19 coronavirus, the Newwest Travel office is open to clients by appointment only. Proper social distancing, hand sanitizer and masks will be strictly enforced.

COVID-19 Updates
The COVID-19 coronavirus has become a global pandemic. Below are links to the latest information about COVID-19 and travel.
The latest updates on COVID-19 can be found on the Government of Canada’s website . You can also visit the Public Health Agency of Canada for the most current updates for Canadians.
The World Health Organization (WHO) is monitoring the global situation and has updates, information and advice on its website . The WHO has also developed a list of recommendations to reduce exposure to, and transmission of coronavirus. From washing your hands, to staying home if you feel ill, there are many things you can do to protect yourself and loved ones from illness.

Our travel consultants are trained to monitor situations like weather disruptions, health situations or travel warnings that may impact their clients’ travel plans. As such, they also can work on alternate travel plans and can likely have those in place the moment the need arises.

We strongly encourage all clients, whether they are traveling domestically or internationally, to purchase travel insurance, particularly at the time travel is booked. Travel insurance offers an additional layer of protection for travelers, and can potentially help save hundreds or thousands of dollars if an unforeseen medical or travel emergency occurs.
