Friday, September 17th

Good morning! Meet Liane and the rest of the group at the Edmonton International Airport private charter terminal. There will be parking onsite ($), next to the terminal building. We will board the chartered WestJet aircraft for a quick flight to Vancouver. Upon arrival, enjoy a private motor coach from YVR South Terminal and experience one of the best drives in Canada, the Sea to Sky Highway on our way to Whistler.
After you have checked-in to the hotel, join Liane and the group for a welcome reception on the FireRock patio at the Westin Resort & Spa. There will be refreshments and light appetizers available. The rest of the day is at your leisure. You may opt to purchase the Whistler Sightseeing Pass that includes the Peak 2 Peak gondola or explore the heart of Whistler Village.
Tonight, join your host for an (optional $) dining experience at The Cellar by Araxi. A culinary cornerstone in the heart of Whistler Village, Araxi enjoys a long held international reputation for excellence in food, wine and hospitality. As an early pioneer of farm to table dining, Executive Chef James Walt's seasonally focused menus celebrate the excellence of locally sourced ingredients.

Saturday, September 18th

The morning is at your leisure. You may consider visiting one of the many local cafes in the Village.
This afternoon visit the iconic Fairmont Chateau Whistler to experience their Chef for a Day – Hands on Cooking Workshop. This interactive and engaging workshop will teach new tricks & tips, as well as unique preparation techniques you can take home with you.  After welcoming everyone to the workshop, the Chef will describe the 1st and 2nd courses to prepare, followed by service of these courses. After, we will work together under the guidance of the Fairmont Chateau Whistler’s Pastry Chef to create a dessert masterpiece.
Note: Menus will be created using the freshest local ingredients available and are entirely customizable. For guests with allergies, a separate menu would be prepared or a chef prepared alternative for those who would prefer a different protein
Tonight, enjoy a 3-course dinner and wine pairings at the Bearfoot Bistro. Dining at the Bearfoot Bistro is more than a meal: It’s a culinary journey. Executive Chef Melissa Craig’s food starts with the season – the bounty, the colours. It’s the combination of a familiar flavour with a new technique, a local ingredient given an international twist. The exceptional seafood and wild game found in British Columbia is complemented by the best of the best available from around the globe.

Sunday, September 19th

This morning relish a delectable brunch at Stonesedge Kitchen. Discreetly tucked away off the Village stroll, their delicious creations are simple, but flavourful, and are made with seasonal sustainable meats and produce. Brunch is a leisurely experience full of hearty plates designed to be savored while sipping on a freshly steamed latte, a mimosa, or a crafted Caesar.
After brunch, we will head to Pemberton with stops at a local brewery, craft distillery and the North Arm Farm where there will be free time to explore and pick fruit. After, we will head back to the hotel.
Tonight, experience the Finer Things Tour. This guided walking tour features 4 delicious courses at four award winning Whistler restaurants. Included is a visit to an impressive 15,000-bottle wine cellar where guests learn to saber champagne. If you are looking to treat yourself to Whistler's best, this is the tour for you.

Monday, September 20th

For our final food outing, join the group for lunch at Caramba! Guests first notice Caramba!’s welcoming staff and lively, inviting atmosphere with its classic Mediterranean feel.
Next comes the high energy of the open kitchen, with its wood-burning pizza oven and busy team of chefs artfully composing each meal. And then comes the quality of Caramba!’s food itself – inspired by Mediterranean cuisine, sourced from the finest whole ingredients and deliciously crafted every step of the way by hand.
After lunch, you will have a few hours to explore the Village. We will depart for the airport at 4:30pm for the flight back to Edmonton.
